By purchasing credit restoration services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Credit restoration results are never guaranteed. Every credit profile is different, and outcomes vary based on the accuracy of information reported by creditors and credit bureaus.

• The retainer fee is for the time, expertise, document preparation, credit analysis, and administrative work required to begin your case.

• Once dispute letters have been prepared and/or mailed, the retainer fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• If you decide to stop services after work has begun, you are responsible for all services already performed.

• Clients must provide accurate and truthful information throughout the credit restoration process.

• Failure to respond to requests for documents or information may delay services.

• Any new accounts, collections, late payments, or negative items that occur after enrollment are the client’s responsibility and may impact credit scores.

• Chargebacks filed after services have been performed may be challenged with documentation, including signed agreements, communications, work completed, and mailing records.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and authorize ORIJANELL REPAIRS to begin services immediately.
